If you've never used one, this is one of the easiest blade styles to fall in love with. The extra wide blade combined with the super thin edge makes this knife the easiest veggie prep knife you've ever used.
The blade is forged Laminated steel (410 stainless over an 80CRV2 cutting edge), with hand-finished bevels and natural forge texture at the spine. The handle is Australian Ringed Gidgee with an octagonal cross section, secured with black composite pins and black composite liners.
The knife comes with a leather blade sleeve.
