Laminated K-Tip Santoku

This K-tip Santoku is in its element as a slicing prep blade, especially for those who find themselves using a medium-sized knife for a lot of their work.
The knife has my forged, laminated blade (410 stainless over 80CRV2 core) with hand-finished bevels and natural forge texture at the spine. The spalted maple handle has been stabilized in a two-step process with one of the steps using a red dye, leaving a ghost of color at the back half of the handle.
The knife comes with a leather blade sleeve.
