Damascus Santoku
The mid-size Santoku is probably the most popular do-all blade style I've ever used. Wide blade makes it safe while giving a lot of surface area for transferring cut foods from a board. Tip is wicked thin for detail work.
The blade is woodgrain pattern damascus (80CRV2 and 15N20), ground very thin and balanced right at the top of the handle.
The handle is a stabilized curly maple, dyed green but without full penetration, giving a beautiful two-toned pattern. The scales are lined with black composite and secured with matching pins.
Knife comes with a leather blade sleeve for storage.
Blade length: 7.", width (at heel) 2.3", overall 12.4"
