French Crimson

This full-sized French pattern chef knife is forged from a very tight ladder pattern Damascus, deeply etched on the flats and polished around the tang.  The handle is stabilized red box elder burl with polished stainless steel hardware.

The blade is 8.7", width 1.95" overall 13.5"
