Who doesn't need a good paring knife?
Made from AEB-L stainless, these blades are about as close to the feel of fine-grained carbon steel as you can find, without any of the maintenance. The blades are hollow ground very thin and cut like a scalpel. The blades are tumbled for a soft patina, while the exposed tang is hand finished.
Handle scales are stabilized toasted curly maple with black G-10 spacers and pins.
Knife comes with a hand-fitted leather blade sleeve.
